Coverage
Students' mastery of vocabulary will be reinforced through cloze passage practices, and understanding the use of relevant words in model essays. (讲解范文中的实用词语，并让学生学习听写。综合填空中的词语，涵盖中三课本中的重要词语，帮助学生复习词语。)
Students are introduced to reading and answering techniques for a wide range of texts including narrative, expository and argumentative texts. (包括中一到中三快捷华文课本的阅读技能和语文知识。文体包括说明文、记叙文、议论文。大量的阅读理解一和阅读理解二练习，让学生掌握阅读技能。教授阅读理解答题技巧，学生反复演练，进而获得进步。)
Essay writing techniques for situational narrative will be reinforced. Students will also learn the structure and approach for argumentative essays. (复习情景记叙文的审题以及写作技巧，写出精彩的作文学习写材料作文，利用“构思工具表”指导写作思路，指导学生善用材料，完成作文。学习写论说文，让学生了解论说文的结构 ，指导学生明确写作思路，完成作文。积累常用好词好句，表达更精彩。老师精心地批改，在批改和评语的基础上反思改进。)

Journey through our secondary chinese course
Our Secondary 3 and 4 Chinese programme prepares students for the O-Level Chinese examination. Students are exposed to a wide range of texts (news, narrative, argumentative and expository), which will reinforce their reading techniques to ace their comprehension. They will also hone their skills to tackle argumentative and critical response essays (introduced at upper secondary level), and expand the use of good phrases to enliven their writing. Through demonstrations and live practices, students will get the opportunity to sharpen their oral speaking techniques. This programme will ensure that students are well-equipped with a comprehensive tool-kit to master the O Level examinations.
